Syed Ather Ahmed has over 30 years of diverse multi-functional financial sector experience with some of the leading international and regional financial institutions. He demonstrates the ability to lead and build successful businesses in areas of: Corporate and Commercial Banking, Financial Institutions, Transaction Banking and Asset Management. He possesses extensive credit, relationship building, and team management experience across multiple geographies and nationalities. Ather Ahmed is an MSc from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), UK and MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences. Presently, he is serving as Head of Commercial Banking (South) and FI at HABIBMETRO.

Syed Hasnain Haider Rizvi is a seasoned Banker with versatile work experience of over 30 years. He joined HabibMetro in April 2014 as Chief Compliance Officer in Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited and has held key positions such as Country Head of Operations, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Service Quality, Internal Controls and Shariah Compliance in various Financial Institutions in Pakistan. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (FCMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Associate Fellow Member Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM), Fellow Member of Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (FCIS), Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He has also attended ‘Leadership’ workshop held in INSEAD, France.

Mr. Ather Ali Khan has over 37 years of experience managing the legal and corporate affairs of different companies. He earned his Bachelors of Law degree from the University of Karachi. He joined HABIBMETRO as a Company Secretary in August, 2018. Previously, he worked on the same position at Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited, NIB Bank Limited and PICIC Commercial Bank Limited.

Mr. Yawer Ali Gulani has more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry. He holds a diversified experience in managing centralized branch operations, development of banks governance documents, making policies, procedures, SOPs and frameworks for each and every field of banking activity, overseeing service quality and complaint resolution functions of the bank. He acted as the secretary of Bank’s Central Management Committee. He is also a member of PBA General Banking Sub-committee and (Fair Treatment of Customers) FTC owner. He is a commerce graduate, who started his professional career from CITI Bank N.A. in 1981 and joined Habib Metropolitan Bank (HABIBMETRO) in 2012. Prior to joining HABIBMETRO Exchange Services as the CEO, he served as the Executive Vice President and Head – Systems, Policies and Procedures, Business Process Re-Engineering and General Banking Operations at HABIBMETRO.
